In order for this circle to be potent magic for us all, it is important that we step into this work with a common vision.

What is shared in this circle stays in this circle. We hold each other’s words with care and respect and confidence.

Authenticity is the vibe. We show up fully as ourselves, shedding any masks we sometimes wear.

We gather with the intention of opening our hearts to access and share from our depths.

We agree not to judge any other woman in the circle for what she says or shares. We trust her to be in the highest expression of who she is and give her room to be imperfect.

We commit to showing up distraction-free and treating this as if it was an in person circle (cameras ON), setting aside the appropriate time.

We agree to honour and respect all other participants by honouring the schedule, arriving on time and doing our best to be present to all circles.

We practice deep listening, not interrupting, and offering no feedback. The circle is a space to witness women speak.
