Harvest Moon Circle

Light a candle, drop into a sacred femenine meditation, breathe, stretch, journal, nourish and release.  This full moon, the harvest moon offers us renewal, a moment to decide what we choose to hold and what we choose to let go of as the harvest brims with abundance.

Practice of marking the new and full moon will align your sacred feminine spirit to Mama Natura.  She is our goddess, she which makes our blood ebb and flow.  She is our connection to the cycles of the universe.  Tap into the energies of the moon and you will begin to unlock what is stuck inside of you.  

As women who renew monthly, bringing a practice of connection with the moon cycles allows us to drop into our primal selves, when women were once ruled by the stars and not the screens.  

We will begin with the element of fire and wind, a candle and smudge to set the tone.  

Sound and breathework next followed by an inspired sacred female meditation.  

Next the circle will open to hold space for women to reveal what is present for them during this transitory time.  

We will journal and burn that which does not serve us. 

Finally a celebratory musical movement session to release from deep within. 

Closing will be done with song.
